本案常住人口是一對老年夫妻，子女為了盡孝，購買房屋讓兩位老人安享晚年。所以在設(shè)計的時候，我們更多地考慮到人性化、舒適化和便捷性。在多處設(shè)計中都使用比較柔和的手法，盡量營造出現(xiàn)代又不失溫柔、奢華又不高冷的感覺。

二樓分布主臥、次臥兩個臥室，為客戶一家的休息區(qū)域。為主臥配備獨立的衛(wèi)生間和步入式衣帽間，滿足二老洗漱、換衣的需求。主衛(wèi)將臺盆、淋浴區(qū)和馬桶分隔成三個區(qū)域，方便使用的同時也是做到干濕分離，保證了衛(wèi)生間的清潔。
